After working with Vista Security & Investigations for 3 years I can honestly say that these people will look after you. Working as a mobile supervisor, I am proud to be a part of a team that resolves issues and ensures the well-being of staff on site. Additionally, I have seen many employees move up in rank to supervisor roles, as I did myself. In the almost two years I’ve worked for Vista Security & Investigations, I’ve had the pleasure of working with some of the most professional staff in the industry, worked in an environment where my talents matter, and have garnered valuable leadership experience. Vista Security has given me the opportunity to realize my personal goals while working close to home. The VSI Management Team is “second to none”, and they really care about their clients and officers as well. I have been with Vista Security for over 3 years. There is a definite feeling that you matter, and I have seen that loyalty is reciprocal. Clear and kind communication of challenges has always been received kindly and dealt with in a timely manner.
I remember one time, communicating with the Mobile Manager about a health concern with the jobsite. The response was immediate! Ian and the Vice President of Operations, Cameron, pulled all the Security Guards from the inside without hesitation. I had never seen this kind of decisive action from an employer regarding the Health and Safety of their Workers.
While working at Vista over the past three years, I have learned various skills which have enhanced my professional and personal development. I have enjoyed working at Vista because they have cooperative management and offer great opportunities to their employees.
Top of that, work-life balance, recognition and appreciation, and company culture makes me so satisfied that I will never think about switching my job. I want to remain loyal and continue to work with Vista in the future.
I have been working with Vista Security & Investigations for two years now. I have whole-heartedly loved working with Vista because there were always very decent and professional people out there to help me out and support me right from the start of my Security Guards Career.
It was most largely my very first job in Ontario, Canada! I came here as a Student in Jan of 2020.
