This quarter, we’re excited to celebrate Sebastiaan Boshier for his outstanding contributions and dedication.

Sebastiaan’s journey with Vista is a great example of internal growth and development. Starting as a Security Guard and progressing into a Supervisor role, he has continually demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and a strong commitment to supporting both his team and our clients. His growth not only reflects his own dedication, but the importance Vista places on developing and recognizing talented members of our security team.

Loss Prevention Supervisor

As a supervisor, Sebastiaan has built strong relationships with clients through reliable communication, responsiveness, and a proactive approach to service. His proactive approach helps ensure the site remains safe, efficient, and aligned with client requirements. He played a key role in a recent Health & Safety audit, organizing meetings, exercises, and preparation efforts that contributed to a successful audit. His attention to detail and dedication to preparedness helped ensure the site passed its fire drill exercise with excellent results.

Sebastiaan is someone his colleagues can rely on for guidance and support. By setting a positive example, jumping in wherever help is needed, and encouraging those around him to maintain high standards, he has positively contributed to a stronger team environment.
