With over 3 years of experience in the security industry, Vaughan serves as Compliance Manager at Vista Security Services. He oversees compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all active sites.

In his role, Vaughan conducts on-site inspections to ensure operational integrity, reviews incident reports, and follows up on corrective actions. He also acts as a key client liaison, helping to address concerns, communicate expectations, and ensure service quality aligns with client needs. Additionally, he provides ongoing training and support to guards and works closely with site supervisors to uphold high standards across every team.

What he enjoys most is the challenge of bringing underperforming sites back up to standard – restoring structure, accountability, and operational excellence. Outside of work, Vaughan enjoys going to the gym, playing basketball, and watching anime.
