Ryan is the Manager of Guard Services & Operations. He is responsible for hiring and managing Vista security guards and supervisors, reviewing site management, communicating with clients and providing leadership and guidance to the operations team. Having worked in the security field for many years and in many capacities, Ryan showcased his dedication to the safety and security of others and commitment to customer service. Ryan developed a strong knowledge of daily operations, client needs, and those of security service professionals while working at Vista Security in various capacities. Ryan believes in the importance of building connections with his team and customers. He actively leads by example with compassion and empathy for staff.
