As the Vice President of Operations, Cameron is responsible for leading and the operations of Vista’s Guards’ business units which include all security guards, mobile teams, events, and customized security services. Cameron focuses on establishing innovative procedures that streamline processes across all sites while ensuring our trained staff consistently exceeds customer expectations. His customer-focused outlook partnered with his attention to detail allows him to build trust with clients and deliver superior services. While having all of Vista’s operations report to him, Cameron aims to maintain positive and inclusive work environments for his staff through proactive leadership and personal accountability.

Cameron began his career in the security industry as a security guard and quickly worked his way to management. After 10 years of success in the industry, Cameron joined Vista’s senior leadership team in 2022.

Prior to joining Vista Security, Cameron completed his undergraduate degree at Wilfrid Laurier University.
