Payal is the Manager of Guard Services & Operations. She is responsible for hiring and managing Vista security guards and supervisors, managing Vista sites, communicating with clients and security staff in the field as well as providing leadership and guidance to the rest of the operations team. Having worked in the security field for three years and developing a passion for investigations, Payal showcased her dedication to the safety and security of others. Starting her career in the security industry as a security guard, she quickly worked her way to supervisor, then head office management. This helped her develop a strong knowledge of daily operations, client needs, and those of security service professionals. Payal believes in the importance of building connections with her team. She actively leads by example with compassion and empathy for staff in the field and head office.
