In the event of an alarm being triggered, our local system will initiate an alarm event. Vista’s monitoring partners will review the event and call a Vista Operator to respond to the site immediately. From trespassing to dumping to vandalism and beyond, our trained professionals are quick to check and respond to any unauthorized activities. From there, our team is prepared to escalate the situation to the police if need be. Records of events taken place while on site will be shared with the police to assist in any investigation that ensues.

Rest assured, our team is equipped and ready to respond whenever you need them. You will have full access to your alarm system at all times via mobile device, or you can contact Vista anytime for any additional support.  In addition to around-the-clock alarm monitoring and response, you’ll also have the benefit of 24/7 assistance from Vista should you decide you need to bypass your alarm system for any servicing or testing procedures.
